Cedar Crossing Casino & Entertainment Center in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks an Entertainment Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Compass Center, Stage 180, EPICENTER, and Box Office. You will coordinate artist relations, production, hospitality, and event logistics to ensure successful concerts and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Entertainment Management, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Five+ years in live entertainment or venue management with experience coordinating events.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Compass Center, Stage 180, EPICENTER, and Box Office.
• Partner with the Entertainment Buyer to execute all entertainment programming, including artist relations, hospitality, travel, technical riders, backline, and production needs.
• Oversee venue readiness, ticketing operations, AV systems, production support, and event logistics for safe, professional performances.
• Lead and develop the Box Office team, AV technicians, ushers and stagehands to ensure top results.
• Build strong relationships with artists, promoters, vendors and internal departments for flawless execution.
