Job summary

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, entertainment, theater, sports venues, or event operations preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during entertainment events; Scan tickets, assist with seating, direct guests to their locations, and answer event-related questions; Assist guests with accessibility needs and help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience; Respond professionally to guest concerns and requests during events.
