POSITION SUMMARY Oversees the day-to-day operations of Cedar Crossing's entertainment venues, including the Compass Center, Stage 180, EPICENTER, and Box Office.
Working closely with the Entertainment Buyer, this position is responsible for the successful execution of concerts, shows, and special events—from artist advance and production coordination through event execution and guest experience. Leads venue operations, supports artists and touring professionals, and helps create the atmosphere and energy that makes Cedar Crossing a destination guests want to visit again and again.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Entertainment Management, Business, Marketing or related field. Five (5) or more years’ of progressive experience in live entertainment, venue management, theater, concert production, hospitality, or a related field. Other c ombinations of education and experience may be considered. Experience coordinating live events, artist hospitality, production logistics, and venue operations. Experience working with ticketing systems and event operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work in an intense, fast‑paced environment requiring a high degree of concentration. Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications or equivalent.

Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission License (must secure and maintain licensure as a condition of employment)
Valid driver's license with a minimum of three (3) years driving experience
Will supervise employees. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit(s).
