Job summary

Nex Playground seeks an Affiliate & Live Commerce Manager to grow our affiliate and streamer ecosystem across TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Twitch, YouTube Live, Whatnot, and other emerging platforms.

You will recruit and onboard partners, manage campaigns, nurture creator relationships, and help execute live commerce programs that drive engagement and sales for a fast-growing brand in gaming and family tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, live shopping, or social commerce.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Twitch, YouTube, Whatnot, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with creators and teams.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance and optimize campaigns.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for creator and affiliate marketing and emerging social commerce trends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and livestream hosts across platforms.
• Build relationships with creators, agencies, and partners; identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate product seeding, gifting, commissions, timelines, and day-to-day tasks.
• Monitor performance, identify top partners, and provide insights to improve campaigns.
• Help develop scalable processes and workflows to grow the programs.
