Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Partnerships Associate to identify and develop high-potential creators. You’ll manage inbound creator programs and recruit from other platforms, guiding talent to long-term partnerships on Twitch.

You’ll collaborate with teams to identify trends, assess authenticity, and build relationships across social channels, helping creators succeed from their first stream onward.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Strong data and research skills to evaluate creators from multiple sources.
• Good judgement and attention to detail when assessing creator authenticity and audience quality.
• Excellent written communication and ability to build relationships via email and social messaging.
• Curiosity about creator trends and passion for discovering emerging talent.

Responsibilities

• Review reports to identify creators with long-term potential.
• Research creator authenticity and audience quality to meet partnership criteria.
• Reach out to promising creators and guide them through growth on Twitch.
• Search social platforms to identify emerging talent for Twitch.
• Initiate outreach and persuade creators to consider Twitch as a next step.
• Guide creators through onboarding to set them up for success from first stream.
• Stay updated on creator trends and platforms to improve talent identification.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to support creator growth.
