Job summary

Twitch is the world’s biggest live streaming service. We are seeking a Partnerships Associate to identify, evaluate and develop high-potential creators on Twitch, helping them build long-term careers on the platform.

You’ll manage inbound creator programs, recruit talent from other platforms, and guide creators through their first steps on Twitch, collaborating with the Global Partnerships team to drive creator success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Strong data and research skills; ability to evaluate creators from multiple sources.
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building through email and social messaging.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reports to identify creators with long-term potential.
• Research creator authenticity, audience quality, and partnership eligibility.
• Reach out to promising creators, build relationships, and guide their growth on Twitch.
• Search across platforms to identify emerging talent that could thrive on Twitch.
• Initiate outreach and persuade creators to join Twitch as long-term partners.
• Guide onboarding and ensure success from the first stream onward.
• Stay updated on creator trends and platforms to improve talent development.
