Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Partnerships Associate to identify and develop high-potential creators on Twitch. You will work across two pipelines: manage the inbound creator program and proactively recruit talent from other platforms, guiding them to long-term partnerships.

You’ll be driven, organized, and enjoy helping creators succeed, with a focus on building relationships and spotting trends in creator communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in creator support, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Strong data and research skills; evaluate creators from multiple sources.
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building via email and social messaging.
• Curiosity about creator trends and passion for discovering emerging talent.

Responsibilities

• Review reports to identify creators with long-term potential.
• Verify creator authenticity and assess audience quality and eligibility.
• Reach out to promising creators and guide them through Twitch partnerships.
• Identify emerging talent across social platforms and communities.
• Conduct thoughtful outreach to recruit creators to Twitch.
• Guide onboarding to ensure creators are set up for success from first stream.
• Stay updated on creator trends and platforms to improve talent scouting.
• Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to support creator growth.
