Job summary

Nex, based in San Jose, California, is seeking an Affiliate & Live Commerce Manager to grow our affiliate and streamer ecosystem across TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Twitch, YouTube Live, Whatnot, and other platforms.

This hands-on role focuses on recruiting affiliates, coordinating campaigns, managing creator relationships, and driving live commerce initiatives to boost engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, live shopping, or social commerce.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Twitch, YouTube, Whatnot or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for multiple campaigns.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with creators and teams.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance and identify improvements.
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for emerging social commerce trends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage affiliates and livestream hosts across platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, agencies and livestream partners.
• Coordinate product seeding, gifting, commissions, timelines and day-to-day communications.
• Monitor performance, identify top partners and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
• Develop scalable processes, documentation and workflows to grow programs.
