Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking an attorney to handle personal injury litigation and client advocacy. You will meet with clients, manage cases, and coordinate with insurance companies while preparing for trial when necessary.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PI experience, strong negotiation skills, and a NJ bar license. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey Bar license in good standing.
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• 5+ jury trials as first chair preferred.
• Certified Civil Trial Attorney preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss cases and build trust.
• Update clients and communicate with insurers regarding status.
• Prepare cases for trial and try them when needed.
