Qualifications

Five years of experience as a legal services assistant or other legal support position.
Experience supporting Litigation Attorneys.
Excellent clerical skills including grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of administrative practice for the litigation group.
E-file in federal and state courts and adhere to local or judge-specific requirements.
Prepare and process outgoing correspondence via email or mail; arrange for courier services when required.
Monitor, organize and prioritize ongoing client projects.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
Schedule meetings, appointments and related activities for multiple assignments.
Docket deadlines and court dates; familiarity with Milana is a plus.
Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal document shells.
Coordinate travel and conferences and manage IT/facilities setups as needed.
Proofread documents for formatting, grammar and accuracy.
