Responsibilities

Draft, format, and modify pleadings and regulatory filings.
Maintain case files and assist with trial preparation.
Support attorneys with regulatory compliance matters.
Transcribe and draft documents as needed.
Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Education
