Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of complex litigation, including pleadings, discovery strategy, motions, depositions, and trial advocacy.
Manage business disputes in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels.
Draft and develop litigation strategies, pleadings, briefs, and motions; engage in strategic depositions and witness preparation.
Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals; support professional development.
Collaborate with partners on business development and client relationships; contribute to pitches and proposals.
