Responsabilidades

• Handle all aspects of complex litigation, including pleadings, discovery strategy, motions, depositions, and trial advocacy.
• Manage business disputes in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels.
• Draft and develop litigation strategies, pleadings, briefs, and motions; engage in strategic depositions and witness preparation.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals; support professional development.
• Collaborate with partners on business development and client relationships; contribute to pitches and proposals.
