Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation and business disputes in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels, handling aspects from case assessment, strategy development, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and depositions through trial and oral advocacy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, including general counsels, executives, boards, and other key stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals, contributing to their professional development and training.
• Collaborate with partners on business development and client relationship management, including participation in pitches, presentations, proposals, and ongoing client engagement, with active encouragement to grow a practice.
