Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a Litigation Support Manager to lead a skilled team delivering innovative eDiscovery services across the firm. The role combines technical judgment, strategic thinking, and people leadership to support attorneys, clients, and complex matters.

The ideal candidate brings strong eDiscovery experience, sound judgment, and a service-oriented leadership style focused on team development and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive eDiscovery/Litigation Support experience, including management.
• Knowledge of the EDRM, litigation lifecycle, and defensible eDiscovery processes.
• Proficiency with listed litigation support platforms and related technology.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Litigation Support Team, including staffing, coaching, and development.
• Develop and promote standards, workflows, and best practices for defensible service delivery.
• Provide eDiscovery consultation to attorneys and staff throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with case teams to translate technical processes into clear guidance.
• Oversee eDiscovery workflows: data management, searching, production, and TA review tools.
• Monitor trends, pricing, and vendor relationships to support delivery and competitiveness.
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Assist budgeting and technology planning for litigation support tools with CIO collaboration.
• Develop and deliver educational programs and training on litigation technologies.
• Stay aware of emerging technologies and appropriate usage in litigation.
