The position requires 2+ years of legal support experience, strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process, including opening and closing matters in the Legal Tracker billing system.
• Independently manage third-party subpoenas and requests for records from state/government agencies, and other requestors.
• Support in-house attorneys in NSA-related cases and administrative proceedings.
• Coordinate discovery, issue legal holds, manage document/data collection, track deadlines.
• Provide administrative support including travel arrangements and processing reimbursements.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports and support case management.
