Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
• 2+ years of research experience.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process in the Legal Tracker system.
• Manage subpoenas and records requests from state/government agencies.
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA-related and other administrative proceedings.
• Coordinate discovery, holds, collections, deadlines and data sharing.
• Provide administrative support including travel, reimbursements and check requests.
