Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC, within Worldwide Logistics Insurance & Claims, seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of auto claims and litigation support across Amazon's Last Mile delivery network. Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for excess auto claims and auto litigation support, including TPAs integrations and workflow optimization
• Define and build litigation discovery workflows for collection, organization, preservation, and production of core documents
• Design scalable evidence preservation processes to ensure data is captured at origin and defensible through litigation
• Partner with Legal, Claims, Insurance, Risk, and Operations to map end-to-end litigation workflows and identify evidence gaps
• Define and prioritize product requirements to improve claims intake, triage, investigation, and discovery material organization
• Drive integration requirements with TPAs, insurers, legal vendors, outside counsel, and case management systems
• Build mechanisms to improve completeness and accessibility of discovery materials
• Develop business cases and success metrics for discovery outcomes and cost reduction
• Lead change management for new workflows, tools, and processes affecting legal and claims stakeholders
