Qualifications

• Juris doctor with strong litigation practice and insurance law knowledge.
• 1–3 years trial or legal claims experience; 6–12 months insurance contracts exposure.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage claims litigation activities for designated Shelter states.
• Supervise outside attorneys and coordinate investigations and strategy.
• Train branches on claims-handling protocols and state law requirements.
• Provide legal counsel to Shelter teams on coverage and issues.
• Develop and deliver training for schools, eLearning, and branches.
