Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, deadlines, discovery, and document prep.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal team.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, pleadings, discovery, and case documents.
• Prepare medical chronologies and case summaries to support litigation strategy.
• Assist attorneys with civil litigation matters including insurance defense, bodily injury, and general liability.
• Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents, correspondence, discovery responses, and court filings.
• Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, coordinate records, and support trial preparation.
