Job summary

AppleOne is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal in Downtown Orlando to support complex business litigation in state and federal courts. This direct hire position emphasizes ownership of case support, discovery, deadlines, and trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with attorneys and legal staff, manage calendars, prepare subpoenas, organize records, and assist with pleadings, motions, and discovery requests to ensure efficient case progression through

Responsibilities

• Prepare deposition, trial, and record subpoenas in compliance with Florida and federal court requirements.
• Coordinate third-party record production, summarize records, and organize case materials for attorney review.
• Analyze, review, and manage documents and data received from clients, opposing counsel, and discovery sources.
• Assist with pleadings, motions, court submissions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation filings.
• Support mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation, including trial notebooks, case binders, exhibits, and related materials.
• Maintain litigation calendars and track deadlines, hearings, conferences, and other key case dates.
