Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in California seeks a Litigation Docketing Specialist to join the Litigation Docketing Department. You will enter deadlines into Milana, review court documents, and support attorneys with accurate calendaring for federal, state, and agency matters.

The ideal candidate has a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience, at least two years in docketing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. Overtime may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of docketing experience in a law firm.
• Degree from an accredited college or university or paralegal certificate.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Enter deadlines into Milana and maintain calendars accurately.
• Respond to requests from attorneys and staff regarding deadlines and rules.
• Conduct jurisdictional research and summarize findings for case teams.
• Create and circulate reports to case teams for review and confirmation of deadlines.
• Assist in improving department workflows and procedures.
