Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of docketing experience in a law firm setting.

Responsibilities

• Calendaring firm litigation matters independently with minimal supervision.
• Respond to attorney requests regarding deadlines and court rules.
• Conduct jurisdictional research and provide summaries to case teams.
• Quality review and mentoring of junior docketing specialists.
• Create and circulate deadline reports to case teams for confirmation.
• Assist with drafting training materials, manuals, and intranet content.
• Support onboarding and training on calendaring systems and procedures.
• Propose process improvements to the Litigation Docketing Manager.
