Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent international law degree.
• Active license to practice law in the required state.
• Willingness to transport to case events and trials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of lower complexity matters with mentorship from senior lawyers.
• Perform legal research and craft persuasive writing and argumentation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and related documents under supervision.
• Attend court events, depositions, and appointments with counsel.
• Provide case analysis and recommendations to insured clients and claim partners.
