Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably at AmLaw 100 or professional services firms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client development, marketing, and communications plans with the Senior Client Development Manager.
• Meet with practice group leaders regularly.
• Create and monitor client development programs and cross-selling initiatives.
• Develop client-specific presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses and related materials.
• Develop all practice-related collateral for print and firm website.
• Assist in onboarding new laterals joining the practice group.
• Identify speaker placements and opportunities for media relations.
• Track matter details and manage submissions for directories and publications.
• Identify sponsorship and brand-building opportunities; coordinate events and sponsorships.
