Job summary

Goodwin Procter LLP in San Francisco seeks a Calendaring Clerk to admin­ister the Litigation Department's LED system for federal and state matters. You will be a central resource for litigation calendar inquiries and ensure accurate deadline generation.

Minimal requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of law firm experience, plus 2 years of CompuLaw Vision Program experience. MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of relevant law firm experience.
• 2 years of CompuLaw Vision Program experience is required.
• Experience with Aderant MyView is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research basics.
• Professional demeanor with strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Rules compliance review for calendar events.
