Job summary

Ambition partners with a premier global law firm to recruit a Manager of Client Development - Litigation. The role focuses on driving client growth, cross-practice collaboration, and strategic BD initiatives across Litigation, Investigations, and Regulatory practices.

You will advise lawyers and stakeholders, lead high-impact BD activities, and contribute to revenue-generating efforts within a sophisticated litigation platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, marketing or client development within a law firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Litigation practice leaders to implement strategic business development plans.
• Serve as a resource for business development and operational support across multiple Litigation Department practices.
• Develop pitches, proposals, and client-facing presentations to support new business opportunities.
• Design and execute practice- and industry-focused marketing and client development initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance business development collateral, including practice descriptions, capability statements, and competitive intelligence materials.
• Support the management of client and experience databases, tracking matters, engagements, and BD activity.
• Collaborate on website content, lawyer biographies, and other marketing communications across channels.
• Coordinate client-facing events, webinars, presentations, and sponsorship activities from planning through execution.
• Lead and support legal directory submissions, surveys, and other profile-raising initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and support growth objectives.
