Job summary

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Los Angeles office. Candidates should have 2-6 years of litigation experience, including preparing and arguing motions, assisting in depositions, and managing complex discovery. A strong academic background, along with excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills, is required. Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity for a Litigation Associate in Los Angeles, California. Qualified candidates must have 2-6 years of litigation experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, assisting in the taking of depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, preparing cases for trial, and must be well versed in researching and drafting briefs and motions.

A license to practice in California is required. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $190,000 – $220,000 and up to $40,000 + in bonus potential. This is not inclusive of our full range, and actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
