Job summary

Greenberg Gross LLP is seeking a Litify Administrator to own the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of our Litify environment, partnering with firm leadership to align the platform with our practice. This role may evolve into leading a broader tech team as the firm grows its technology footprint.

You will manage the Litify rollout, data governance, dashboards, and vendor collaboration, ensuring scalable, compliant workflows across intake, case management, and settlements.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, including user management, flow automation, reports/dashboards, and security configuration.
• Experience with Litify or Salesforce Service Cloud in a legal environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation tools.
• Familiarity with data management tools including Apex Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with both attorneys and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Litify administrator, handling configuration, customization, and day-to-day operations.
• Configure Litify objects, Lightning pages, layouts, fields, actions, record types, and validation rules for legal workflows.
• Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other declarative tools to reduce manual work.
• Manage third-party AppExchange integrations and platform connections (docs, e-signature, communication tools).
• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
