Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Lithuanian Speaking Support Specialist to join our fast-growing customer support team in Bulgaria. You will handle multilingual inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, delivering empathetic service and accurate solutions.

You will document interactions in the CRM, collaborate with global teams, and stay updated on product policies. A valid EU passport and fluency in Lithuanian and English are required, with a fully paid relocation package offered.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Lithuanian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to engage with our diverse, international team.
• Valid EU passport to facilitate the hiring process for this Lithuanian Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
• Experience in high-volume contact centers is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to new CRM tech.
