Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Machine Ops- Press Helper (3rd Shift) to support production at their Exton, PA facility. You will assist the press operator, prepare presses with materials, inks, and solvents, and help maintain safety and quality standards.

This role requires a High School diploma and offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits. You will contribute to 5S housekeeping, preventative maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Able to work full-time on the 3rd shift.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
• Able to work collaboratively and follow instructions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate the feeder on a printing press and assist the press operator.
• Prepare presses with materials, inks, solvents, and ensure safety/quality/audit compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S practices.
• Inspect orders for defects and notify the press operator as needed.
• Monitor fountain solution/ink levels and clean the press with proper PPE.
• Assist in weekly/monthly preventative maintenance and roller adjustments.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous chemicals per safety protocols.
