Job summary

Time To Collide, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Printing Press Operator to run the assigned press and produce printed sheets on a variety of materials. The role requires attention to color accuracy, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.

This 3rd shift position (5:30pm–4:00am, Monday–Thursday) emphasizes hands-on operation, quality checks, and collaboration with the press team to meet production targets. compensation reflects U.S. labor markets and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous Print Operating experience required.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Basic analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, budgeting, project management, & planning skills.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills (analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
• Basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Produces printed sheets per production order.
• Performs quality checks and maintains required paperwork.
• Directs press assistant to achieve production schedule.
• Operates assigned equipment safely per company and OSHA rules.
• Performs work per approved procedures and work instructions.
• Monitors Quality Points at station and records data.
• Reports quality and production concerns to supervisor.
• Cross trains on all stations within department.
• Conducts preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
