Job summary

Webot (formerly Pionex US) is seeking an individual to take ownership of the entire listing pipeline. This closing role requires sourcing token projects, negotiating listing fees, and guiding projects through compliance to launch on the exchange.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the Web3 community, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work remotely while managing their own projects. A competitive base with commission tied to listings is offered.

Job description

Webot is a US-regulated crypto exchange licensed in 48 states (NMLS #2284360), known for our 11 built-in AI trading bots and a large, active retail trading base carried over from Pionex.US. For project teams, that means real, bot-driven trading volume and a compliant US venue their token can actually list on — a pitch most exchanges can't make.

The Role

You'll own the full listing pipeline: from sourcing projects, to negotiating listing fees and market-making terms, to pushing the deal through compliance and onto the exchange. This is a closing role: you bring the projects, you run the commercials, you get them live.

What You'll Do

• Source token projects and build a steady pipeline, especially teams heading into TGE looking for a first/early listing partner
• Negotiate listing fees, market-making arrangements, and commercial terms directly with founders
• Work projects through our compliance and listing review process to launch
• Leverage and grow your network across project teams, VCs, and market makers
• Be the face of Webot to founders and the Web3 community

Must-Haves

• A strong existing network: project founders, VCs, and/or market makers you can pick up the phone and call
• Bonus / what makes you stand out: projects heading into TGE that you could bring to Webot as a first listing
• A natural relationship-builder and persuasive negotiator
• Comfortable working remotely and running your own pipeline

Nice to Have

• Experience dealing with US project teams
• Prior exchange listing / BD / market-making background
