Job summary

Orderly Network is seeking a Listings Business Development Manager to source, pitch, and onboard listed companies across the US, Hong Kong, Korea, and other markets. You’ll leverage existing relationships by engaging CFOs, IR teams, and leadership to bring companies into the crypto-enabled liquidity ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have traditional finance experience, strong deal‑making skills, and a proven ability to convert conversations into listings and ongoing community engagement.

Qualifications

• Established network among listed companies (management, CFOs or IR heads)
• Track record of bringing companies to a platform or deal (IPO mandates, dual listings, ADRs)
• Strong pitching and negotiation with senior decision-makers
• Fluent English; native speaker preferred
• Self-driven and results-oriented in an early-stage business line

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target listed companies, focusing on small‑cap names
• Build relationships with leadership, CFOs, IR teams, and advisors
• Pitch the value of listing on Orderly and its liquidity/crypto-trader access
• Drive the listing process end‑to‑end with product and operations teams
• Collaborate on post‑listing community activation and trading volume
• Track pipeline, measure conversions, and report progress against targets
