Chris Schmalz Real Estate Group is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Agent to join its PLACE-powered team in Idaho Falls. You will assist buyers and sellers, leverage PLACE lead-generation systems, and conduct two open houses monthly while following team scripts and coaching sessions.

• Track tasks using PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging, and listing services.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$90,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
