The Nelson Group Real Estate at Keller Williams Realty East Idaho is seeking a Listing Agent to collaborate with top North American real estate professionals. You will have access to established systems, coaching, training, and PLACE technology to convert leads into listings and market homes.

Responsibilities

Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
