The Nelson Group Real Estate in Idaho Falls is offering a Production Partner role designed to learn from and work with top North American real estate professionals. You will partner with an established agent to train, grow, and support their business, with access to PLACE Technology, coaching, and structured development.

Qualifications

• Real estate license is required to operate within the team.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Strategize with team and sales agent to ensure business goals are met
