Qualifications

• You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit and strong rapport skills.
• Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues and to adapt to team standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify homes.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers.
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology.
