Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, secure buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead gen activities to appointments; participate in weekly script practice.
• Participate in team activities and weekly coaching sessions.
• Consult with sellers; convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging and other listing services.
