NTT DATA Services is seeking an experienced Laboratory Applications Support Analyst (L2) to deliver hands-on LIS support, analyzer interface troubleshooting, and middleware management for hospital and reference labs. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/Healthcare Informatics.
- 7+ years L2 support in enterprise laboratory systems.
- Experience in hospital or reference laboratory environments.
- Strong knowledge of LIS and laboratory quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support for LIS and related applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot LIS and analyzer interfaces; troubleshoot connectivity.
- Manage laboratory middleware platforms and data routing logic.
- Support blood bank and transfusion system workflows and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to restore services.
