Job summary

Interpath Laboratory, Inc is seeking a Clinical Systems Specialist to support the technology behind our clinical laboratory operations. The role blends a medical laboratory background with software application knowledge to design, implement, and optimize LIS and related enterprise applications.

You will work with cross-functional teams to assess workflows, capture business needs, and analyze systems to maximize application utilization, while ensuring compliance and quality in a dynamic reference

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 2+ years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of medical laboratory instrumentation operation and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain configurations in the LIS and related enterprise clinical laboratory applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain instrument interfaces in DI Instrument Manager and LIS.
• Design, implement, and maintain configurations on the laboratory automation line and QA applications.
• Validate, document, and perform workflow assessments and impact analysis.
• Capture business needs and analyze internal systems to determine requirements for optimal utilization of applications.
• Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with CAP and regulations.
