Responsibilities

• Set up the mixing room after USDA inspections and obtain the correct formulation of liquid egg product and ingredients.
• Coordinate with USDA on all tanker cleaning and liquid egg transfers for shipment.
• Record batch details, monitor pH, egg solids, and weight on batch sheets and usage forms.
• Maintain Clean-in-Place (CIP) knowledge and operate the pasteurizer as required.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and safety policies to support SQF Level 3 certification.
• Cross-train in the edible and inedible tanker bay duties as needed.
