Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with USDA for tanker cleaning and transfers.
• Document receiving logs with date, product, raw/pasteurized status, USDA certificate, and pounds.
• Inspect tanks for cleanliness, temperature and odor; take corrective action.
• Take lab samples and ensure proper transfer to silos or tanks.
• Ensure CIP cleaning of empty tanks and tankers.
• Communicate edible egg transfers to Cooked Department and coordinate shipments.
• Assist in other areas including mixing room tasks.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and SQF Level 3 requirements.
