Job summary

This full-time role requires no prior experience; training provided. Shift 2:30 pm - 11:45 pm; duties include removing damaged eggs, preventing inedible egg material, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area to support product safety and quality.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training is required.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
• Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
• Ability to follow oral instructions and apply common sense solutions.
• Ability to handle problems involving one concrete variable in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility to maintain a safe and healthy workplace by following safety policies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at all times.
• Rotate between two stations: Candler and Breaking Machine Operator.
• Determine if product meets specifications and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain GMP, HACCP, SQF standards and sanitary conditions to protect product quality.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere and cooperate with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
