Job summary

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short notes and memos.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements.
• PIT certification and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirm and log items and supplies received, weights, and quantities on pallets.
• Operate power jacks to move loads as directed by supervisor.
• Weigh skids of eggs and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain sanitation and follow GMP/HACCP for a clean, safe area.
• Ensure product meets specs and take corrective action as needed.
• Follow safety practices and security procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
