This position must follow all company and USDA standards and ensure that all tankers and vessels are properly monitored and documented to meet those standards.
The purpose of this role is to direct the proper flow of liquid egg to the holding tanks and ensure the correct mix of egg product and ingredients according to customer formulas and specifications. This position transfers all edible liquid egg that meets USDA and Company specifications for final distribution. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting all tanks and tankers, ensuring all vessels are cleaned and sanitized, following proper procedures, and maintaining accurate records. This position is also cross-trained in the duties of the inedible tanker bay, including the proper removal of shells and inedible product.
