Zusammenfassung

GDH is seeking an experienced ChromeOS administrator to manage and support a large fleet of enterprise Chromebooks in a 24×7 production environment. You will ensure endpoint reliability, security, and compliance through policy management, network connectivity, and certificate handling.

You will work with Google Admin Console, Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM, and security partners to resolve OS, VPN, and authentication issues, participate in on-call rotations, and document standards for the team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience administering enterprise endpoint environments, with a focus on ChromeOS or Chromebooks.
• Hands-on experience with Google Admin Console for device policy management.
• Experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM or similar UEM/MDM tools for certificate lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of VPN connectivity and certificate-based authentication protocols.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for OS, network, and authentication issues in a production setting.
• Ability to work effectively within a 24×7 on-call rotation supporting mission-critical systems.
• Demonstrated security awareness and operational discipline in regulated and large-scale environments.

Aufgaben

• Administer and support large-scale enterprise Chromebook fleets in a 24×7 operational environment.
• Manage VPN connectivity and configure certificate-based authentication for ChromeOS devices.
• Maintain device policies through Google Admin Console to ensure security and compliance.
• Coordinate certificate lifecycle management using Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM or similar UEM/MDM solutions.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and OS-level issues on ChromeOS endpoints.
• Monitor endpoint compliance, identify policy violations, and implement remediation actions.
• Participate in a 24×7 on-call support rotation for critical production systems.
• Document platform standards, configurations, and operational procedures for team reference.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and identity teams to ensure endpoint reliability and security.
