Job summary

A leading language access solutions provider is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and onboard linguists in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on high-demand languages, and must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for security clearance. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in language services or staffing.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit linguists for OPI, VRI, ASL, and document translation assignments.
• Manage a pipeline of 200+ surge linguists, ensuring availability within 24–72 hours.
• Track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and candidate readiness.
