Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Lineman to build and maintain telecommunications systems, including aerial and underground facilities, across the United States. The role involves outdoor work, climbing poles, installing and replacing cables, and supporting emergency outage responses.

Applicants must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather, pass drug tests, and hold a valid CDL/driver\'s license with MVR clearance. Training and benefits are provided, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• Extensive telecom line construction knowledge.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains major cable systems and structures as described in the job posting.
• Reads and interprets work orders, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Performs construction work including digging, pole work, and laying cable/conduit.
• Operates power equipment such as compressors, pumps, diggers, and aerial lifts.
• Completes daily production reports and As-Built documentation.
