Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Lineman to construct, repair, and maintain aerial and underground telecommunications infrastructure. You will perform line construction, maintenance, and emergency restoration while ensuring safety and quality in field operations.

You will work with Congruex project teams, utility clients, and local communities, contributing to successful project delivery through craftsmanship and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• CDL is required.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• Experience in aerial and underground telecommunications line construction or utility construction is preferred.
• Experience operating construction equipment and working in field environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct, repair, and maintain aerial and underground telecommunications infrastructure, including cable, strand, poles, anchors, and associated hardware.
• Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, specifications, and construction prints to complete assigned work accurately.
• Operate construction equipment including aerial lifts, hydraulic equipment, compressors, pumps, and related tools.
• Complete emergency restoration, maintenance, outage response, and system rebuild activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Complete daily production reports, As-Built documentation, and maintain accurate project records.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and all applicable customer and regulatory standards.
• Additional responsibilities within functional scope based on business needs.
