Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Lineman to construct, repair, and maintain aerial and underground telecom infrastructure. You will read engineering drawings, operate equipment, and perform emergency restoration while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role supports daily field operations for Congruex project teams and utility clients. Candidates should have CDL, DOT medical card, and field experience; willingness to travel 10–15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and DOT medical card required.
• Experience in aerial/underground telecom line construction.
• Ability to work at heights, outdoors, in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Construct, repair, and maintain aerial and underground telecommunications infrastructure.
• Read orders, drawings, specifications, and prints to complete work accurately.
• Operate construction equipment including aerial lifts and pumps.
• Complete emergency restoration and maintenance with safety standards.
• Maintain daily production reports and project records.
• Comply with safety policies and regulatory standards.
